Terms of Service

These terms cover access to nanto.io, private previews, product pages, documentation, and related services.

Effective June 19, 2026

1. Access

Nanto is an early access service. Access is granted by invitation, approval, or another private access process that we control. We may approve, limit, suspend, or remove access at any time when needed for security, abuse prevention, product changes, legal reasons, or operational reasons.

Access to one part of the site does not guarantee access to every feature, endpoint, preview, integration, document, or release. Some areas may stay private while others are available.

2. Accounts and codes

You are responsible for the email account and login codes used to access Nanto. Do not share codes, sessions, private links, or non-public product material with anyone who has not been granted access.

If you believe your email account, login code, session, device, or private link has been exposed, stop using the service and contact us. We may rotate access, expire sessions, or block access while we review the issue.

3. No financial advice

Nanto may show market data, routing ideas, automation concepts, or trading workflows. This material is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You decide what to do with any information shown by the service.

You should not treat any output, example, interface state, route, signal, prompt, or tool response as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, bridge, swap, lend, borrow, stake, or otherwise use any asset.

4. Trading risk

Trading tokens, stocks, perps, prediction markets, and other assets can lose money. Markets can move fast, routes can fail, fees can change, and third party systems can be unavailable. Use the service only if you understand those risks.

You are responsible for reviewing orders, wallet actions, approvals, route details, fees, slippage, venue rules, tax treatment, and the final state of any action before you proceed. Nanto does not promise that any action will execute, settle, or produce the result you expected.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not try to bypass login, rate limits, private gates, or security controls.
  • Do not scrape, copy, resell, or republish private content from the service.
  • Do not use the service to break laws, venue rules, sanctions rules, or platform terms.
  • Do not interfere with the service, other users, wallets, APIs, or connected infrastructure.

Do not submit malware, harmful prompts, stolen data, private keys, seed phrases, credentials, or material that you do not have the right to use. Do not use Nanto to attack, scan, overload, or reverse engineer systems.

6. Third party services

Nanto may connect to wallets, chains, exchanges, APIs, data providers, MCP tools, payment rails, or other third party systems. Their own terms, fees, risks, uptime, and security rules apply.

We do not control third party systems. A failure, delay, error, fee change, exploit, outage, fork, policy change, delisting, or data issue in a third party system may affect what you see or do through Nanto.

7. Private material

The site may include non-public product pages, documentation, API details, designs, screenshots, demos, workflows, and roadmap material. Unless we say otherwise in writing, you may not copy, publish, forward, sell, mirror, index, train on, or distribute that material.

Feedback that you send to us may be used to improve Nanto without payment or obligation to you. Do not send confidential information unless we have a separate written agreement that covers it.

8. Data and security

We may collect basic access data, request data, login events, device information, browser information, IP addresses, and usage signals to operate the service, protect access, debug issues, and understand product usage.

No internet service can be made perfectly secure. You should use a secure email account, keep your device protected, review wallet prompts carefully, and avoid sharing sensitive information through forms or prompts unless the feature clearly requires it.

9. Availability

The service is provided as available. Features can change, break, pause, or be removed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, exact data, successful routing, execution, settlement, or profit.

We may run maintenance, deploy changes, rate limit traffic, block suspicious requests, or disable features without notice. Early access software can contain bugs, incomplete features, stale data, incorrect states, and breaking changes.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nanto is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, trading losses, data loss, downtime, indirect damages, or damages caused by third party services.

You use Nanto at your own risk. If the law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Nanto after an update means you accept the updated terms.

We may also change, rename, move, restrict, or remove parts of the service. If you do not agree with the current terms, stop using the service.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@nanto.io.
